The subfloor is DONE!
We may have to do some patch work later because it was rained on
Trimming the edge of the subfloor
Getting ready to build another wall
85 degrees and alot of humidity - made for a miserable day of work
But we were able to get quite a bit done today, after losing saturday to rain!

Wow! I just realized...we have a huge yard.
We will need plenty of grass seed and plenty of volunteer lawn mowers.

It was 91 degrees yesterday when they put our system in the ground.

Ribbons & Strongbacks

For the past 2 1/2days, we have been connecting the trusses to each other...
(these are called strongbacks) & we added Ribbons to the outside edge of each truss to connect them together.

Including a cute lil' wall that I made for between the stairs and the garage.
The 2nd delivery of lumber allowed us to be able to work on the cantilevered area for the Master Bdrm.
